I sometimes prefer subtle product placement. It looks weird when a character asks for a "beer" at a bar or a "pack of cigarettes" at a bodega. It would feel much more natural they just asked for a pack of Camels.
- the_local_host 5y agoI'd prefer blatant product placement, e.g. Kermit the Frog emerges from Greedo's corpse in the "Han Shoots First" version of "Star Wars", looks directly at the camera, and tries to sell the audience cigarettes.
