I love Inkscape, but since 1.0 there's this problem, where everything is too big on Windows 10 (at least on my laptop). Icons, menus, button etc. have unnecessary padding and UI takes up like 60% of my screen. I still couldn't find a way to scale down UI. This bug needs to be fixed, otherwise it may not be usable on some PCs. Otherwise, Inkscape is really great.
