- altcognito 5y agoMy Vietnamese friends would explain to you: They are happy to have worked hard here, own restaurants, get degreees and raise children in a system that is largely fair and representative. It does not lack problems but they would argue it is far fairer than communism.
- shp0ngle 5y agoI am not defending or commenting on US itself, I have never been there honestly. I am kind of defending US actions in Vietnam, and really not US actions themselves, but the South Vietnam government (US did some bad stuff there)
