- koonsolo 5y agoThanks for the info. But this actually confirms what I was saying: EU doesn't tolerate it, it even doesn't tolerate CIA doing this on EU soil. Since CIA is doing the torturing, there is no question US allows this to happen. So conclusion: torture is not allowed by EU, but is by US.
