Does the GDPR apply?
- zatertip 5y agoFreenode Ltd is a UK corporation, so I'd think so.
- mjg59 5y agoFreenode Ltd is a UK company. The EU GDPR no longer applies as a result of Brexit, but the EU GDPR requirements have separately been incorporated into UK law. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't apply.
- joepie91_ 5y agoThe GDPR applies regardless of where the company is, so long as the requester is an EU resident.
- brnt 5y agoTo any EU citizen anywhere and anyone in the EU.
