Please note that the author of these tweets is the CEO of a company that has a strong interest in you buying a home and the data in these tweets is unsourced. I'd be willing to believe this comes from internal Redfin data, but I'm not inclined to believe this analysis without access to the original stats and queries (which of course would never be shared). Therefore I strongly suggest you take this entire thread with a grain of salt.
- iudqnolq 5y agoAlso it just said the buyer offered (unprompted) and was declined. I don't think this means "even if you offer to name your first-born after the seller they decline", I think it reads as "if you make an incredibly weird offer you will be declined because you sound like you're either a someone who's fishing for a writeup on evil sellers or an incredibly weird person who will cause strange issues".
