Ban Cryptocurrency to Fight Ransomware
- danboarder 5y agoBecause criminals don't use cash... and let's pretend cybercrime didn't exist before crypto... a quote from the article: "The existence of bitcoin and the rest benefits nobody except criminals and speculators." There is so much evidence to the contrary that this opinion is laughable. Bitcoin and other cryptos have evened the playing field around the world, I know many open source contributors that get paid in crypto, not to mention growing applications like NFTs (1). WSJ continues to publish FUD like this. Sad.
