They already have. Uber is down 80% passenger drivers. They left because of Covid, many switched to UberEats and have not come back. The O’Hare waiting lot is empty even on busy days.

- ChicagoDave 5y agoYes. Riders are paying more and drivers are making more. But riders see no alternative. People under 30 without a car in the city will pay the higher prices.
