  Por que no los dos? Read them both. Take the good parts of each. Ignore the bad parts of each.

    That was my thought - neither one is SICP, you can finish reading both in a week.

      Perhaps I'm a slow reader, but is Code Complete 2 really a book you finish over a weekend? It's north of 850 pages long.
