That's the same as the argument for the PLCAA, which has been under direct attack for a while and may get changed.
Laws can change, and section 230 is not the only possible "sensical" one.
The First Amendment is a big rock to hide behind. But there are other avenues of attack that are clearly possible.
Those attacks will happen when people feel that the spirit of free speech is truly being threatened, where politicians can't effectively reach even people who want to hear from them.
