There is no reason why he couldn't do it himself.
- johnarleyburns 15y agoIt's perfectly legal for him to make his own US Delaware LLC, with a cost of maybe $300 a year in fees and accounting. There are numerous sites for doing so. Being Polish is no obstacle.
