Science definitely needs someone to build an obscure economy with cryptocoins and a system weaker than peer review at verifying truth. That system definitely needs to be modeled using some simple comments + up/down voting interface, similar to social media which has been used for propagating fake news for the better part of the past 3 decades. This is a project which at face value wants a piece of the pie in the publishing market, not something to improve the quality and funding of the scientific community. As a scientist, I would like to know this project doesn't exist.
