Apparently per their Privacy Policy [1] you can text them back with "DELETE DATA MM/DD/YYYY" (date of birth) and they will delete everything. It seemed to work

It seemed to work for me, the reply told me "my information has been deleted". Anecdotally, it also was useless for finding a vaccine slot.
