In Israel - pretty much everything. All the sites are broken in a lot of browsers, using questionable security practices and most importantly not accepting Paypal (we also have a problem with Paypal double converting NIS->USD->NIS). There is an opportunity here (R2L E-Commerce system), but I'm too lazy to grab it.
