This seems unenforceable. What are they going to do, build a Great Firewall of Florida?

  The Florida Election Commission will impose fines of $250,000 per day on any social media company that de-platforms any candidate for statewide office, and $25,000 per day for de-platforming candidates for non-statewide offices.

      Edit: I guess it would be a battle of Corporate Lawyers vs. State Lawyers. Everyone ends up wasting money all around.

      Well, then you arrest people, or seize their assets. I am sure that some bank, that has any presence in Florida, will go along with it. What, are you going to convince the banks to pull out from Florida as well? Sounds unlikely to me. The banks will just follow the government order.
