Disclaimer Edit: I’m not a lawyer, Supreme Court predictions and cases are just a hobby of mine. Well, there’s a lot of interesting things to unpack here. First amendment questions, the Commerce Clause, and the 10th amendment all come to mind. Sec. 230 is being directly challenged, but I don’t think this was the way to do it. This will probably fail in circuit court, be denied an appeal, and fail to be granted certiorari. I can see Thomas, Alito, and Kavanaugh voting to hear it, but nobody else. But ultimately this is going to waste a lot of the Florida AG’s time on a very lengthy legal procedure.
