crossed the 2000 word limit so adding the remaining text here as a comment - I do not have any problem working as an EM from the last 5+ years. I've always shipped. I think the interviewers are looking to hear something else, instead of what I've been telling them. Maybe, I need to calibrate my response or respond a bit differently. Happy to share more of my work\interview experience, if asked. I hope some of you, who have cleared these EM interviews or who are currently interviewers at FAANG can guide me a bit as feedback is a gift. Thanks a lot.
