Why use David Goggins as the exception. Didn't he gain a bunch of weight at one point?
- armchairhacker 5y agoWhen he was young. And then IIRC at one point he decided "I have no limits" and since then he's been super fit, and spends his life running ultra-marathons and giving motivational speeches.
- djenendik 5y agoWell clearly he limited his weight gain.
- throwaway481048 5y agoIt seems David Goggins is representative of solid human will & discipline in the OP’s comment. I do not believe the OP places Goggins on a pedestal which your question seemingly attempts to pull him down from.
