All you have to do is if you report the lenders NMLS number now, the bank/lender get's audited/investigated. That didn't exist pre-2008. Nobody by the way is saying that bias doesn't exist. What I'm saying is, there are so many people looking at it that the effort to coordinate bias on that scale is so difficult unless there is a cultural precedent for people to act toward that bias. I had no influence on closing or whatever.
