I just checked and my (unfinished) profile is still not visible. Weirdly, it says that it's not visible for the next 12 months, but I'm pretty sure it's been more than 12 months since I last logged in. It also says my profile is not shareable yet, so maybe I just got lucky in that I bailed early. I did one quiz out of curiosity, and then locked down my account as much as possible after I found out a little more about the company's reputation and track record. So I think that "next 12 months" thing is just a bug, and a user not finishing their profile is somehow an edge case that they didn't plan for. That's some pretty bad product work, but it fits the rest of the vibe the company gives off.
