There are dozens of other ways to get your point across without openly disagreeing with the judge. Apple is toast. That's only true if the judge is petty and unprofessional. Sure, judges are people, and people could always give into emotions. Though I think that's a pretty big leap to say they are "toast" for disagreeing.
