It's the <title> tag displayed in tab. It's the site's mistake that <title> and heading are different. But I don't feel this is a case of editorializing.

- dang 5y agoYou're right, and the HTML doc title is often a better choice. In this case it was more baity, though, so we swapped it out for the page heading.
