Thanks! It's a bit of both really. It's only recently launched so I'm still on the hunt for new companies. They are difficult to come by, however, but the mood is slowly changing... From companies, I'm getting a lot of responses like "We don't offer a 4 day week, but we would be 'open to applications' for it". So basically you just need to ask which is what I'm working on :)

Colleague of mine here in Germany asked to reduce her hours to part time, the company said no, so she presented them a proforma letter she printed off the internet and now she works part time. Turns out in Germany if you ask to reduce your hours they have to let you, but they don't need to increase them again if you want to go back to full time.
