Reminds me of the PIE adage: promotion depends 10% on Performance, 30% on Image, and 60% on Exposure
- grasshopperpurp 5y agoYep, exactly. I work for USPS now, and it's great to make enough money outside a managerial role to not have to worry about promotions. The vast majority of clerks, carriers, and drivers have no interest in management.
