This does not sound great to me. I can't think of a single task that women can't do while menstruating. If a woman gets severe cramps sometimes, why should that be treated differently than someone who gets severe migraines sometimes or severe allergies sometimes? Just give people more sick leave so they can decide how to use it when they need it.
