  Was there a statistically significant outlier of a year of increased overdoses recently though? If not, all this says is that the city of SF handled Coronavirus well.

        My take is "no" - It looks like it was already trending up prior to Covid-19. I don't think there were any shutdowns until 2020.

  It's a city with a large homeless and drug abuse problem that shut down hard for covid.
