A phone interview with someone at a telecom company that was looking for programmers. I answered his questions and was told I did well and was invited to their headquarters. I then asked if their procedure for teenagers were different than for "adults". The guy said "Wait, how old are you?". I was 15 at the time, and he said they couldn't do that. That was a long time ago. Nature fixed that problem for me. (I'm not in the U.S.).
