I've always been this way as well. This isn't considered normal behavior/thinking?
- cm2012 5y agoI can say it's rare for me to think introspectively like that. If I have a moment to reflect I almost always distract myself with my phone. My mind is on the moment unless I force it otherwise or right before bed.
