- javiermaestro 5y agoYup! paper covers / paper bedding, and the expert handling of midwives. Pretty simple and straight-forward! P.S. also enemas were used in the past... but fortunately, interventions such as this, or pubic hair shaving are no longer ordered for women during labor and birth!
