I watched the WHO press conferences in the first 1-2 months. Then I watched our government ( The Netherlands ) and our neighbors ( and the US ) ignore their recommendations. I recall the Brit saying they were in talks with the EU to halt Schengen. Never heard anything about it since. It is not the WHO which is political, it is our politicians who are political.
