    You must be fun at parties. No one would leave their job if they thought it was a good fit for them and adequately paid. Only the underutilized and underpaid would be tempted by the benefits of a jubilee unemployment year. We have a lot of those now, which is why the current deal is having such a big impact. If businesses adjusted their approaches to hiring, managing and compensating, we could optimistically expect there to be far fewer in the future.
