I've been on Freenode since 2006. I've been known as 'imode' for a couple of years now. I called out Lee, and he took my nickname away. There are already abuses of power going on, and he has no legal authority over any of the infrastructure. imode: Nick/channel is temporarily unavailable

The "temporarily unavailable" error is literally that; your nick was probably recently protected by services, in which case you'd have to `/ns release` for it back.
