Reading comprehension failure. I read it as using only four ingredients, not as a title. I have "Tartine Bread" that I've been using, but like I said I was looking into expending my baking abilities. Thanks for the recommendation.
- enobrev 5y agoI should have added quotes for clarity. Just edited my comment. I definitely learned quiet a bit from that book, and every recipe is written as if you've never read the others, so it's easy to jump around. I've been baking bread for about 3 years now, and I still use that book pretty regularly.
