Celebrating nationalisation is a political view, and I think the parent poster wanted to use this as an opportunity to extend an olive branch/empathize with others who hold differing views.
- apercu 5y agoCould be. I don't see too many folks trying to "cross the aisle" though these days. And frankly, I have found that most conservatives are disingenuous about their reasoning for their political views. But I sincerely applaud your less cynical outlook and wish I shared the same view.
