- n_ary 5y agoIt is very strange, because I indeed remember it raised(there were news and criticism/opinion pieces everywhere) in 2015 to 75. However, now I checked wikipedia, it shows 65(+- few months). May be my memory is holding onto a proposal that didn't pass or something. I apologize for the misinformation.
