- arisAlexis 5y agoI know but this study was on the news beginning 2021 so I'm just making a point it's old news, pandemic is progressing very fast.
- allie1 5y agoAnd should be pointed out that: 1. This is not an edited piece of Forbes - it's part of the contributor program 2. In this trial, only 1 dose of AstraZeneca vaccine was given to the participants. The optimal results are after 2 weeks after the 2nd dose (3 months apart from the first one). Furthermore, it doesn't include any information about hospitalisations/deaths caused by covid in the vaccinated group, most likely due to the small sample - 1000, but still an integral part of any piece claiming good/bad efficiency of vaccines. So this piece did not provide any value to me.
