While I agree with most of the points against instant messaging apps, finding a good subject for an email is always difficult for me. I often find myself writing an email and then spending 15 minutes on "what should I put in the subject?" to end up using a lame line like "About X". Marketing emails and first contact emails are even harder because I want to trigger interest without being clickbaity/spammy.
