- Someone 5y agoAlternative: lock down a non-minimalistic phones. Disable notifications, limit usage to certain times of the day, disallow adding apps, etc. A few of these can be behind a password check, so if you don’t trust yourself undoing such settings, ask a friend (or ask a stranger on the street) to set a password for changing settings.
