Can they pay rent then with that money? Why do I need to pay rent, food, and healthcare for someone who decides to go on a stabbing spree?
- rootusrootus 5y agoAs I said, they can pay some token amount back to the system. We shouldn't incentivize people to stay in prison for the housing and pay, but we should provide some way for them to build up a financial cushion they can use when released to try and avoid landing right back in prison.
- world_peace42 5y agoSo I have to cover the rest(most of it)? Including a reasonable amount for the salaries of all of the employees, ad nauseum.
