As a (mostly) solo dev of a project, I do switch between I and we sometimes confusingly, at least on Twitter. "I" focuses on my work (which the project mostly is) but "we" sounds more like there is a community (which there is, and others have helped me). So I'm not always sure which one to use for things like "I am / we are planning this feature".
