- susam 5y agoI know we are digressing from the original post here but I will take the liberty to explain this here. I wrote that post 10 years ago when I felt that the poor work culture of these IT companies was not very well known to fresh engineering graduates. I thought a discussion on this topic was necessary then. The blog post was widely circulated and debated several times back then. Now I have chosen to hide it from the list of all posts but it is still accessible via the direct URL. The primary reason for doing this is that often new people I meet go look me up on the web, come across my blog, then come across this post, and then talk to me about this post. While I still stand by what I have written there, I would much rather talk about other topics such as technology, programming, or mathematics which I enjoy talking about much more.
