I use StrongBox Pro for managing a keepass database stored on iCloud. I highly recommend the app. StrongBox Pro offers a lifetime ios license for $45 and syncs well with iCloud, while giving you all the features of the more popular apps. My passwords are safe in the keepass file and I know that I'll always be able to open it and back them up wherever I want. Sometimes simpler is better, this is just a single person operation implementing an open format for password management.
