Until they remove the adapter port to sell battery charging mats.
- steelbrain 5y agoUnlikely. They need the port for more than just the charging. Ever had a botched iOS update? You need that port to reset the iPhone
- yepthatsreality 5y agoBut if most will just take it to an Apple store to fix it (because they can’t identify a software botch from a hardware botch), they could move the port internally so only Apple authorized access to the port would be provided without voiding the warranty. Now where does the adapter go? Admittedly this is all FUD.
