I just started a garden in the small dirt patch behind my condo. It also has basic info on characteristics, needs, and how to grow them. I used to rent a house that had a tiny crop plot and let it get weedy. My neighbor didn't like me for it, but my wife and I loved watching the birds and rabbits run around our yard. We even got a field mouse. I thought the reason it got out of control was because I hated gardening, but it's that I hate taking care of things I didn't pick. It's great seeing (some of) the flowers I planted really flourish.
