How Parking Drives Up Housing Prices
- ryukafalz 5y ago> Large portions of New York, Chicago, Boston, and Philadelphia, if they burned down tomorrow, couldn’t be rebuilt, because according to modern zoning, their buildings don’t have “enough” parking. As someone who lives in Philly, this is... disappointing. The most walkable parts of Philly are my favorite parts.
