Have you seen anyone print the g with the backward loop, like the way it shows up on a typewriter, and the HN text input boxes?
- gerikson 5y agoThe two 'g's are double-storey and single-storey (looptail/opentail): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/G#Typographic_variants https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/G#Typographic_variants FWIW the 'g's in my input box here are single-storey.
- ksaj 5y agoMine shows the double-story circular loop in the input box, but the single-story opentail after clicking <reply>. Having said that, you prompted me to search for "double-story a" and sure enough, it's the same thing as with the g.
