It's probably asymmetric. A lot of US sources are simply blocked over there. Including major social networks.
- ska 5y ago> Does Hollywood count? I don't see why it wouldn't at least to the degree that taxpayer money was used to fund particular efforts/messages. All (nearly?) nation states do some version of this, probably mostly in some sort of predictable relationship to their international impact.
