sounds like your team is in good shape... so move on to things that can keep them that way.. tools, training, etc. Maybe schedule time to talk about long term project goals.. the big refactor that everyone knows needs to be done, but can never get approval for. Then get management to buy-in :-) Or talk to some of the other departments to see what 'hidden' problems they have - some of them might be up your teams alley.
