This place was in every way a ranch in American terms, possibly making more from serving food to visitors than from cultivating cattle for the market. In Texas there are many ranches that make more from serving food to visitors than they do from growing cattle for the market. The barbecue was different in Argentina than in Texas. If you go to a small chocolate shop in Calle Florida, isn't it just a guy selling chocolate like you find in many posh cities? And what about Tango? I don't think there are many cities where Tango has the audience or community than the big cities of South America.
