How to use Chatbots in Purchasing [pdf]
- Pamar 5y agoOP here: couple of caveats - in order to download the pdf you have to fill in a form where all the following are mandatory: First Name, Family Name, Email, Preferred language, Industry. Also, the whitepaper is not exactly from an impartial third party. Still, I think that the idea of using chatbots to further automate some non-trivial process (in this case it is price negotiation) interesting. And I wonder how long it would take to have a chatbot on the other side of the transaction, too, an with which results (an arm race? some obscure bug making your company to agree to buy paperclips for 1 million $?).
